رویای نظام جهانی دموکراتیک
مفهوم دموکراسی تعابیر مختلفی دارد که از نقطه نظر فلسفی و یا سیاسی و دیگر وجوه بدان نگریسته می شود و منشاء مفهوم نیز برآمده از آرزوی فلاسفه و اندیشمندان در بنا نهادن نظامی بوده که بهترین تامین کننده غایت زندگی اشتراکی بشر باشد. به نظر می رسد اگرچه بنیادهای تعبیر از دموکراسی در حقوق بین الملل همانند نظام های سیاسی داخلی باشد اما نتیجه آن مبتنی بر عناصر دگرگونه ای است که مفهومی خاص به آن می بخشد. دانشکده حقوق دانشگاه وایدنر اخیراً سمپوزیومی را با عنوان "رویای نظام جهانی دموکراتیک" برگزار نموده که متن مقالات ارائه شده از طریق لینک های ذیل قابل دسترسی است.
